Don Emilio cultivates 10,000 hectares and the production is used to feed his own cattle and to the sell of grain in local and international markets.
The main crops grown are corn and soybeans, with year after year rotation between crops and hectares in order to conserve soil nutrients and work on a system that lasts over time.
Seeking to increase the efficiency of the crops, 260 hectares of Pivot Irrigation are carried out, thereby allowing to achieve stability in yields and ensuring feed for livestock in the corral.
The cultivation is carried out with the implementation of the best technology available in the market. With the measurement of carbon and the mapping of the yield of the soils, the directed application of fertilizers and herbicides is carried out.
