Don Emilio has an important agricultural production destined to the natural feeding of his own cattle and to the sale of grains in the local and international markets.

Due to their characteristics, El Coro and El Garabato are the main establishments dedicated to the cultivation of corn and soybeans.

Under the premise of revaluing the land and conserving resources, agricultural production is carried out on a sustainable system. This allows to maximize the continuous performance of the processes while maintaining good practices and taking care of the soil.

At the same time, the implementation of the best available technology is prioritized, the appropriate rotation is carried out and it is sought to maintain the soil cover with service crops at each stage.

Don Emilio’s production processes are also characterized by continuous improvement. In this sense, carbon balances and yield mapping are taken into account for the targeted application of herbicide and efficient fertilization, which allows reducing the use of agrochemicals.

Guided by his commitment to sustainability and the integration of its processes, Don Emilio also works on the use of corral waste to convert it into compost and natural fertilizer.
